Please list the title, medium (watercolor, sculpture, photo, acrylic, etc.), and dimensions of each submitted work and the copyright date or first publication date (if applicable). Also list the price for each piece, or indicate if it not for sale (NFS). A minimum of three (3) works must be submitted for each artist. Slides (or photos no larger than 8x10) may be submitted for scanning/posting at a cost of $10/each (please include self addressed, stamped envelope for return of materials) or electronic image files (no larger than 1mb each, jpeg format) may be emailed to pam@taylormack.com. All submitted materials must be clearly labeled with the artist's name and number that corresponds to the list below.

Each artist may also submit a bio and/or career history to be included with his or her display at no extra charge (Muse Gallery reserves the right to edit for length and content). Files should be emailed or provided on floppy disk in ASCII text format.

Agreement Guidelines

I. All submissions are subject to jury approval before posting. In the case that a submitted image(s) is not accepted, no amounts will be charged for such image.

II. MuseGallery.Org is a public service of Taylor Mack Advertising.
A. No commissions are entitled Taylor Mack Advertising for artwork sales resulting from display or promotion through MuseGallery.Org.

B. Taylor Mack will collect a $10 fee for each scan required for image web posting. Additionally, Taylor Mack Advertising will collect a $25 page layout fee, and a $40 annual fee, payable at the time of artist's order, to cover the costs of website hosting, maintenance, and site upkeep.

III. TaylorMack is owner of the site and domain name, and may execute any such applicable agreement as such owner. All legal authority and administrative decision are retained by TaylorMack.

IV. In accordance with the United States Copyright Law Title 17, the undersigned does license Taylor Mack Advertising, single use of the copyright owner's exclusive right to display publicly and reproduce (digitally) the owner's image for use on the MuseGallery.Org web site, as defined in Title 17 section 106. All other use of the copyright owner's work is prohibited without the expressed consent of such owner

A. All scans, photos, or other representations of submitted work will be considered works-for-hire. TaylorMack will retain the right to keep a reproduction of any such image on file. All rights to such derivative works use, however, will remain with the original work's owner.

B. Copyright owners are responsible for the addition of applicable copyright notice, whether or not the work is registered with the United States Copyright Office.Taylor Mack Advertising, will insert just copyright notice (©) symbol, date of first publication, and owner's name) for MuseGallery.Org submissions if provided with such information on the attached submission form. This is a service to MuseGallery.Org artists and in no way removes any such responsibility for compliance from the owner nor does it imply further responsibility on the part of TaylorMack. TaylorMack will not add registered copyright notice (®) on the behalf of any owner.

C. TaylorMack will comply with any image owner's request for removal from the MuseGallery.Org web site for any reason. In such instance, however, no funds shall be refunded image owner for the portion of the year the image is not on display.

V. All artists' galleries will automatically be renewed at the end of each year. This renewal fee may be canceled if such TaylorMack may choose to increase annual fees for artists, however such increase may only be applied at the time of renewal. Artist will, thus, be allowed 30 days to request removal from MuseGallery.Org and avoid any charges.

VI. MuseGallery.Org artists with current displays may use the name "MuseGallery.Org" for their own promotional use while participating in good standing with MuseGallery.Org. Examples of such use include business cards, posters, signs, radio advertisements, or personal announcements. Artists may also establish web links from their own personal web pages to MuseGallery.org.

VII. This agreement may be altered by either signatory party through the written, authorized consent of both parties.

VIII. The default of any portion of the agreement shall have no effect on the binding significance of the remainder of the agreement or any of its provisions. Either party may request termination of this agreement at any time by providing written 30 day notice of such desire. In such case, all copies of artist's images shall be destroyed. In addition, the artist's images, bio, and other references shall be removed from MuseGallery.Org. All fees paid for MuseGallery.Org display will be non-refundable.
