FFAF 2002
FFAF 2000
The 5th Annual Fayetteville Fine Arts Festival was held Saturday and Sunday, September 8-9, 2001 on the grounds of the Walton Arts Center located on Dickson Street in downtown Fayetteville.

Presented by the Downtown/Dickson Enhancement Project, Inc. as part of the "great revival of Dickson Street," this juried event provided a prestigious venue for local and regional artists to show and sell their original work. Artists competed for cash awards in two- and three-dimensional categories. In addition, voting festival attendees decided the People's Choice award.

Bootsie Ackerman, FFAF Coordinator and director of the Downtown/Dickson Enhancement Project, sees the annual festival as a "...way to build community support for local art, and at the same time give people a chance to see that fine art is accessible to everyone."

In association with this year's Fayetteville Fine Arts Festival, Walton Arts Center celebrated ten years! The weekend included films and events in WAC's Nadine Baum Studios, family entertainment, and a free community celebration in and around Walton Arts Center.
